 1. Toptots is an equal opportunities site open to children of the ages 0 to 16 from all races, religions or ethnic backgrounds. 2. Submission of photographs and provision of details will be regarded as the irrevocable authority of the parent or guardian to publish that photograph. 3. Toptots reserves the right to refuse to publish any photograph without giving any reason therefor 4. All photographs submitted must be of a professional quality and be accompanied by the consent to publish of the person who owns the copyright of that photograph (this will normally be the person would took the photograph) 5. Toptots reserves the right to refuse to publish any photograph which in its absolute discretion it considers to be of inferior quality whether professionally commissioned or not or in respect of which the authenticity of copyright is in its absolute discretion or reasonable opinion open to doubt. 6. Toptots is an introduction site only and therefore offer no guarantees to participants of obtaining auditions, interviews or any form of gainful employment. 7. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the site is secure and the identity of the children is not ascertained through the site Toptots accepts no responsibility of the security of any child or young person whose photograph appears on the site. 8. Parents and guardians agree that the child's health, welfare and happiness will always be their prime concern and that they will not allow their ambition for the child's success to override this consideration. 9. Parents and guardians of participants in the site are responsible for checking the authenticity of all introductions and enquiries made to the site. 10. Parents and guardians agree that they will accompany their child to all interviews or auditions and that they will have due regard for the child's feelings or opinions at that interview and if the child should not wish to take part they will not force them to do so. 11. Parents and guardians are responsible for all invoicing and collection of payment for any employment obtained as a result of a Toptots introduction. 12. Parents and guardians are responsible for obtaining the appropriate licence required in respect of any filming or modelling assignments. A six months open licence is usually available from the Local Authority. Toptots are happy to assist in obtaining a licence subject to the advance payment of the fee and an administration charge of £15. |
